SINCE THE ISRAELI defense minister on Tuesday urged the country to relax and enjoy the Rosh Hashanah holiday that begins at sunset this evening, we thought we would take a break from the all-Syria-all-the-time news this morning.
For your amusement we bring you a video item courtesy of Tropfest, Australia, which bills itself as “the world’s largest short film festival.”
But first, a word on the topic of Syria.
Tovah Lazarof of the Jerusalem Post reports this morning in Israelis can relax over Rosh Hashana holiday, IDF not interfering in Syria  that Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said Tuesday as he visited a lookout point next to Ramallah that Israelis can relax over the upcoming Rosh Hashanah holiday because Israel is not planning to interfere in Syria and its enemies understand the price of attacking Israel.
